June - Inner Strength ($10.00 drop-in for Sunday morning flow classes in June)!

Sunday, June 5th 10-11:15 am, Cultivating Strength from deep within, this class with emphasis on the core and stability.

Sunday, June 12th 10-11:15am, Cultivating Strength by learning to let go as we open the hips, hamstrings and hearts allowing ourselves to be vulnerable- our greatest strength at times.

June 19th, Sunday 10am-11:15 am, Celebration of Shiva in honor of Father's Day.  Trust in an inner-knowing, a grand plan and learning to see and accept all that is.  A slow moving meditative vinyasa flow class.

Sunday, June 26th, 10-11:15am, nner strength and radiance, listening to your inner guidance system.  Flow, go and E-Mot, give yourself permission to be who you are on and off the mat.

Abby Thouin, holds a Liberal Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame,   She is a 200-ERYT, RYT500  registered and certified ISHTA yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. ISHTA stands for the Integrated Sciences of Hatha, Tantra and Ayurveda created and founded by Yogiraj, Alan Finger. She teaches vinyasa, yin, hatha, restorative, prenatal, meditation, and yoga nidra. She is also registered Shake Your Soul Teacher, combing yoga, movement and music for a purely soul-full experience.   Abby is also a Usui/Holy Fire /Ryoho Reiki Master. 
Abby welcomes any opportunity to share her love for yoga with others. “I really love the personal and introspective side of yoga which draws us inward yet in a classroom setting inspires deep sense of unity through our individual practices, our breath-- our unity.”  Every day I attempt to deepen my practice and learn more. “I will remain a humble student of yoga forever.  
Yoga is a personal journey for every practitioner and no two paths are the same.  And I honor and have the utmost respect for each and every one of my students’ individual journeys.
